Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team in Poole, Dorset. Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties across designated areas while ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules
- Clean and sanitise offices, communal areas, washrooms, and other facilities
- Replenish consumable items such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls
- Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with company procedures
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns
- Ensure all cleaning records are completed accurately where required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times

What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekend work
