Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team at Lisburn, BT28 3NP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual looking for flexible work within a prestigious and busy hospitality environment.
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the retail outlet. You will be responsible for serving customers, replenishing stock, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and helping to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
- Replenish stock and ensure displays are well presented
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the retail area
- Support the team with opening and closing procedures
- Assist with stock checks and inventory management
- Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- A friendly, positive, and professional approach to customer service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work evenings and weekends
- Basic numeracy skills and confidence handling cash transactions
Additional Requirements
- Employment is subject to satisfactory right to work checks
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
- Security vetting will be required prior to commencing employment
