Responsabilidades

  • Participar do desenho de arquitetura de soluções, integrações e novos processos.
  • Garantir qualidade, escalabilidade e sustentabilidade das soluções implementadas.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para incidentes complexos e problemas recorrentes.
  • Conduzir análises aprofundadas de causa raiz.
  • Definir soluções de melhoria contínua e evolução dos processos.
  • Participar da escala de plantonistas de atendimento de incidentes críticos.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Graduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em SAP SD.
  • Conhecimento avançado dos processos Order-to-Cash (OTC).
  • Experiência em AMS e sustentação de ambientes críticos.
  • Experiência em desenho de soluções e arquitetura funcional.
  • Conhecimento de integrações SAP.
  • Capacidade de realizar análises técnicas e funcionais de alta complexidade.
  • Conhecimento de lógica de programação e debugging.

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Experiência em projetos SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conhecimento em ABAP para análise e troubleshooting.
  • Conhecimento em integrações via APIs, middleware e EDI.
  • Certificações SAP.
  • Metodologias ágeis.
  • ITIL.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado.
