Starszy Specjalista/Technician Road T&L Senior Specialist with French

Your responsibilities

• Participate in creation of a brand new team responsible for B2B customer service and logistics - take part in process transition and knowledge transfers.
• Plan and execute road transport operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of steel goods.
• Create loading instructions and manage load dispositions, taking into account customer deadlines and logistical constraints.
• Monitor and follow up on transportation schedules, proactively identifying and resolving any delays or issues.
• Analyze and monitor road transport costs to ensure adherence to budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Track and report on transport performance, ensuring compliance with operational KPIs (e.g., On Time In Full, cost efficiency).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as purchasing, production, and sales to ensure transport plans align with production schedules and customer needs.
• Liaise with transport companies and customs agencies to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues related to transportation, customs, or delivery.

Our requirements

• Hybrid working system from office in Kraków: 3-2 and 2-3 changing each week (50% home office)
• Fluent communication skills in French and English - business level of French is a must
• Experience in order and process management or logistics/supply chain
• Empathetic, relationship-oriented, and able to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
• Client relationship-oriented, not focused only on reaching KPIs
