Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist Onsite at the Pentagon

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist. This position is onsite and located in Arlington, VA at The Pentagon.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency with platforms (e.g., Task Management Tool (TMT) and Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)).

- Experience preparing travel documents and managing authorizations in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience supporting Political Appointees, Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag/General Officers.
- Knowledge of Army Secretariat administrative procedures and executive support protocols.
- Ability to proactively manage taskings, logistics, and operational challenges.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior Government Officials.
