Zakres obowiązków
- Projektowanie architektury i kompleksowe wdrażanie rozwiązań opartych na NetIQ Identity Manager (Micro Focus/OpenText).
- Pełnienie roli lidera technicznego w projektach wdrożeniowych.
- Projektowanie modeli ról i uprawnień (RBAC/ABAC), polityk dostępowych oraz logiki biznesowej.
- Integracja rozwiązań IDM z systemami i infrastrukturą IT klientów.
- Doradztwo techniczne i wsparcie klientów w optymalizacji procesów zarządzania tożsamością.
- Przygotowywanie i weryfikacja dokumentacji technicznej.
- Współpraca z zespołami IT, cyberbezpieczeństwa i interesariuszami biznesowymi.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze IAM/IDM, w tym praktyczne doświadczenie z NetIQ Identity Manager.
- Doświadczenie w projektowaniu, konfiguracji i wdrażaniu sterowników (drivers) NetIQ IDM.
- Znajomość NetIQ eDirectory, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP.
- Doświadczenie w integracjach z wykorzystaniem SQL, API lub SCIM.
- Praktyczna znajomość technologii DirXML, Java, PowerShell lub JavaScript.
- Umiejętność projektowania i wdrażania rozwiązań w złożonych środowiskach korporacyjnych.
- Samodzielność, zdolności analityczne i dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne.
- Język angielski na poziomie minimum B2.
- Certyfikaty NetIQ / Micro Focus / OpenText.
- Certyfikaty bezpieczeństwa, np. CISSP lub CISA.
- Znajomość standardów i regulacji dotyczących cyberbezpieczeństwa, takich jak NIST, ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2 czy RODO.
