Job Description
Archy is seeking a hands-on, strategic product manager to own and evolve Archy Revenue, our AI-powered product that gets dental practices paid faster and more reliably for the care they provide. Today, dental offices spend hours every day submitting and tracking insurance claims, opening envelopes and recording what insurance paid, sorting out payments that don't match what they expected, and reconciling payments with their bank account. Built into our practice management system, Archy Revenue handles most of this automatically and flags only the tricky cases for staff to review. It's live with practices today, and it's still early, so there's a huge opportunity to make it a magical, agentic experience that’s nearly hands-off.
As the PM for Archy Revenue, you'll own the product vision and roadmap, working with engineering and design so practices can spend less time on paperwork and more time on patient care. You'll stay on top of what's possible with AI and turn it into automation that practices trust with their money. You'll partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing to make Archy Revenue a major reason dental practices choose, love, and stay with Archy. This is a high-ownership, large-scope role at a growth-stage startup for someone excited to drive innovation in one of the most complex, business-critical parts of running a dental practice.
Job Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy Revenue, from submitting and tracking insurance claims to recording payments and reconciling bank activity. Use agentic capabilities to turn tedious, disjointed workflows into ones that practices barely have to think about.
Drive Archy Revenue's success as a paid add-on: grow adoption across new and existing Archy customers; partner with GTM (go-to-market) leaders on our upsell motion, positioning, pricing, and packaging; and make sure the product delivers value customers can clearly feel.
Lead cross-functionally with clarity: provide direction amid ambiguity, make decisive tradeoffs, and align your engineering, design, and GTM partners around a shared plan.
Spend real time with users to deeply understand how dental offices handle revenue cycle management workflows today. Listen to customers, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and monitor the market landscape to translate pain points into product requirements and competitive intel into opportunities.
Partner with the GTM teams to roll out and market new capabilities to prospective and existing customers.
Establish product analytics and success metrics to measure impact, identify friction points, and continually improve the product.
Ensure the product meets the compliance and security bar required for handling patient data, including HIPAA requirements.
Actively integrate AI into your workflows to level up quality and speed; evaluate and incorporate relevant new AI capabilities into the product, from reading insurance documents to automatically resolving payment issues.
Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate product requirements, milestones, and strategic tradeoffs to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Job Requirements
6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a fast-growing startup and hands-on experience building B2B software for complex, business-critical workflows. Experience growing a paid add-on or upsell product is a plus.
Experience building customer-facing AI/ML products, ideally including human-in-the-loop systems.
Deep customer empathy, with a track record of learning users' workflows in detail and, ideally, building products that eliminate or radically streamline them. A background in dental, insurance, or healthcare billing is a bonus.
Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally across engineering, design, and GTM teams to translate ambiguous problems into impactful products.
Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with regular use of AI and analytics tools to unlock new capabilities and drive measurable business outcomes.
An absolute ownership mindset, displaying high adaptability, exceptional communication skills, and a strong bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
