Support the execution of Pool/Swim programs specific to the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. Instructs and monitors various physical activities, provides personal attention to guest’s needs, and safety. Essential Functions:
1. Teaches group classes to members.
2. Performs on-on-one private sessions.
3. Develops Swim Program Designs for location guests to continue their swim routines.
4. Maintains cleanliness and neatness of equipment and facility.
5. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
6. Performs special projects delegated by management.
7. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Applicants must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification.
Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license, by American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified; high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or be able to obtain a work permit; proven instructor skills; and demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Must possess willingness to learn and perform new fitness programs, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Wages: $19.50 Base pay + Commissions for private swim lessons
