About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team while driving a predictable, high-performance pipeline. You’ll work closely with BDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to improve sales execution, develop our outbound motion, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll coach the team, inspect pipeline, improve sales processes, and use data and AI-powered tools to help reps spend more time on high-value selling activities.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs and Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales execution across inbound and outbound motions.
- Build and improve sales playbooks, processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks.
- Use CRM data and sales metrics to identify risks, improve conversion, and drive performance.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen the overall GTM motion.
- Support strategic opportunities and leverage AI and sales technology to improve team productivity.
Must-Have Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including experience leading or managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and pipeline targets.
- Strong experience with outbound sales, pipeline generation, and enterprise or mid-market sales.
- Experience building and improving sales playbooks, processes, and qualification frameworks.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Creator Economy, Media, or AI.
- Experience selling to enterprise customers, publishers, sports organizations, or global brands.
- Experience managing both BDR/SDR and AE teams.
- Experience using AI-powered sales and prospecting tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
