Обязанности:
- Ведение кадрового делопроизводства (прием, увольнение, переводы), командировки, график отпусков -контроль за соблюдением графика отпусков, приказы по предприятию, по личному составу, ведение и контроль табелей учета рабочего времени, оформление трудовых договоров, договоров ГПХ, дополнительных соглашений к договорам, ведение и хранение трудовых книжек, журналов движения трудовых книжек, ведение воинского учета, сдача отчетности, выдача справок о трудовой деятельности работников.
- Знание программы 1.С.8, исполнительность, аккуратность и внимательность в оформлении документов, стрессоустойчивость, ответственный подход к работе.
