About the Role :
We are looking for a Product Manager with 3 - 7 years of experience who will own the customer-facing demand engine at FirstClub. This is a high-ownership role where you will have the opportunity to shape the product experience and build the demand-side foundation for a rapidly scaling retail business.
What You Will Do :
- Own the Demand Product Roadmap : Define and own the roadmap for demand-side products and customer journeys.
- Drive Customer Discovery & Conversion : Improve how customers discover products and categories on the FirstClub app.
- Build Personalization & Recommendations : Build and evolve personalized experiences based on customer behaviour, preferences, purchase history, and context.
- Drive Frequency, Basket Size & Retention : Identify product opportunities that increase customer frequency and lifetime value.
- Demand Forecasting & Customer Intent : Work closely with Supply Chain and Data teams to translate customer demand signals into actionable insights.
- Pricing, Promotions & Offers : Partner with Category, Growth, and Business teams on demand-side pricing and promotion products.
- Customer Experience & Trust : Build product experiences that reinforce FirstClub's promise of Trust, Quality, and Value.
- Analytics & Experimentation : Define product metrics and dashboards to measure impact.
What We Are Looking For :
- 3 - 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, marketplaces, or consumer technology.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and demand-side products.
- Experience building products involving search, discovery, recommendations, personalization, growth, or conversion is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
