SDE - 3 - DevOps

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
• Build and maintain secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployments.
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tools using Python.
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, reliability, and system scalability.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security best practices, including IAM, Secrets Management, RBAC, and container security.
• Implement autoscaling strategies using HPA, Cluster Autoscaler, or KEDA.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience working with GCP (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools for logs, metrics, dashboards, and tracing.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
• Strong understanding of IAM, Secrets Management, RBAC, and container security.
• Experience with autoscaling technologies such as HPA, Cluster Autoscaler, or KEDA.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture, cloud architecture design, SOC2 compliance, FinOps, or AI/LLM infrastructure and GPU workloads is a plus.
