Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale a core product line end-to-end from discovery to delivery and beyond.
• Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams to translate customer workflows into intuitive, high-performing SaaS products.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap decisions backed by data, insights, and clear business logic.
• Define and track key success metrics, adoption, efficiency, retention, and customer ROI, and use them to guide iterations.
• Bring analytical and structured thinking to every decision, framing problems clearly, prioritising trade-offs, and influencing across teams.
• Collaborate with GTM and leadership on pricing, packaging, and customer feedback loops.
• Represent the customer internally, ensuring every product choice ties back to real user value and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of building or scaling data-driven, workflow-heavy products.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex, multi-variable problems into structured, logical solutions.
• Deep understanding of prioritisation, trade-offs, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• A builder's mindset, comfortable taking ideas from 0 to 1 and scaling them systematically.
