AI Product Manager - CPO

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial AI Product Leader who can combine deep AI expertise, strong product thinking, and commercial acumen. This is not a traditional Product Manager role. You will operate as a mini-CPO, owning the complete lifecycle of AI products from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to launching products and driving adoption, revenue, and market success. You will work directly with the CPTO, Engineering, Design, AI teams and GTM leadership to build and scale industry-leading AI products.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and execute the long-term AI product strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging AI trends.
• Translate customer needs into scalable AI product solutions.
• Build and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals.

AI Product Development:

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products and features.
• Lead rapid experimentation, prototyping, and MVP development.
• Drive development across Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, Vector Search and Embeddings, NLP and Conversational AI, Recommendation Systems, Generative AI Applications.

Customer Discovery and Market Intelligence:

• Conduct customer interviews and product discovery sessions.
• Understand user behavior, workflows, and pain points.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market insights.
• Translate feedback into actionable product improvements.

Go-To-Market Ownership:

• Define product positioning and messaging.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on GTM execution.
• Create sales enablement assets and product narratives.
• Participate in customer presentations and enterprise discussions.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI Research, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Drive alignment across functions to ensure successful product execution.
• Influence company-wide AI strategy and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years building and launching AI-powered products.
• Proven experience taking products from concept to scale.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
