What You'll Do
- Plan project timelines by thoroughly understanding game concepts and art requirements.
- Coordinate and manage multiple art projects, ensuring all deadlines and achievements are strictly met.
- Prioritize resources effectively and manage team workloads.
- Collaborate with global partners to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the art department and other teams.
- Review all artistic work to ensure it meets quality standards and game requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of art and animation assets in the game.
- Edit and refine artwork as necessary to achieve the best results.
- Mentor and provide career development opportunities for junior and mid-level artists.
- Stay updated with current trends, tools, and technologies related to game development.
- Implement new ideas and techniques to improve creative output.
- Be hands-on when needed to successfully implement projects.
What We're Looking For
- Highly motivated and self-organized individual with a zeal for managing a passionate team.
- Advanced understanding of artistic skills including color, form, perspective, layout, and sketching.
- Proficiency in delivering outcomes within the digital environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Build, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in an art-related role, preferably in casino gaming, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of art styles and skills.
- Expertise in industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, Esoteric Spine, and Maya.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
