Field Service Engineer

What You'll Do

• Install, convert, repair, and de-install gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Coordinate all installation and service activities with the Department Head.
• Provide direct customer support, including training, parts advice, and maintenance programs.
• Address customer technical challenges in person or over the phone, reporting trends and issues to management.
• Liaise with customer representatives and management regarding product performance and operational issues.
• Monitor service activities and bring up issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a tidy workplace and report on field issues and installations monthly.
• Monitor system-related issues on platforms like One Link and Vertex Bingo to ensure timely response.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience; electronics qualifications preferred.
• 2+ years of industry-related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Organized, meticulous, and hard-working.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work extended hours.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment with ease.
• Must acquire a gaming license and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
