Your role:

• Implement and test end-to-end event tracking across web and mobile in GTM, Segment, Adjust, and GA4; own the event schema and the data Layer specification.
• Resolve measurement discrepancies with Engineering: platform against platform, app against web, expected against what actually fired, and validate attribution.
• Build and maintain customer data flows in Segment CDP: sources, destinations, identity resolution, and the governance that stops the schema from drifting.
• Script API jobs and maintain ETL tasks in Python or JavaScript so reporting, audience syncs, and QA checks run without manual effort.
• Keep consent and privacy watertight: CMP/OneTrust mappings, tag gating by jurisdiction, and PII review before anything ships.
• Peer-review new configurations, and document the stack so it is not held in one person’s head.
• Scope requirements with Marketing, BI, and Engineering, prioritize by business impact, and deliver on schedule.
• Track and analyze mobile performance through Adjust, and turn it into decisions on spend and creativity.

What makes you stand out:

• 2-5 years implementing marketing or product measurement, in-house or agency-side (tech, fintech, or crypto a plus).
• Hands-on with a tag manager and an analytics platform - GTM and GA4, or equivalents such as Tealium, Piwik PRO, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. You have built and debugged a dataLayer, not only read the reports.
• Working knowledge of a CDP (Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, Tealium) and of a mobile measurement partner (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar).
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation and data transformation, plus SQL for data pulls, QA, and troubleshooting ETL tasks.
• Consent and privacy in practice: a CMP such as OneTrust, and GDPR/CCPA obligations.
• Professional fluency in English (our working language), and the ability to explain technical requirements and project status to people who do not work in martech.
• Server-side tagging, server-side GTM, or Segment Functions.
• App measurement specifics: SKAdNetwork, deep links, deferred deep linking.
• Dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Certification in an analytics, CDP, or marketing automation platform.
• Prior experience in crypto, Web3, or regulated financial products.
