Aristocrat Leisure is an Australian gambling technology and entertainment company that stands as one of the world's largest manufacturers of slot machines and electronic gaming systems. Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Sydney, the enterprise designs, manufactures, and distributes land-based gaming hardware, casino management software, and mobile social casino games. By continually expanding its global footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, it delivers interactive gaming content and digital solutions to regulated operators worldwide.

We're looking for a passionate and strategically minded Product Manager to take ownership of our Class III Australia and New Zealand gaming content portfolio.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a backlog - you'll define the vision, influence the strategy and shape the future of Aristocrat's content roadmap across ANZ. Working alongside world-class studios, creative teams and business leaders, you'll identify opportunities, guide investment decisions and help bring industry-leading gaming experiences to life.

You'll have a seat at the table with senior leadership, a direct impact on portfolio performance, and the ability to influence products that entertain players across Australia and New Zealand.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a portfolio that matters: Own your roadmap and develop a high-impact collection of gaming content spanning both Australia and New Zealand.

Shape the future: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision extending 2+ years into the future, identifying where the market is heading before others do.

Turn ideas into market winners: Partner with creative studios and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, solve player needs and transform great ideas into standout products.

Drive strategic decisions: Use player insights, market intelligence and performance data to prioritise investment, influence direction, set razor sharp requirements and maximise portfolio impact.

Deliver with impact: Lead products through the entire lifecycle-from concept and strategy through development to delivery -aligning specs, tech and execution with precision to ensure quality, competitiveness and commercial success.

Stay ahead of the game: Travel domestically and internationally to key markets, venues and industry events to understand emerging trends, competitive dynamics and evolving player expectations.

Influence at every level: Build alignment across executives, development teams, and commercial collaborators to drive outcomes and momentum. This means you can communicate with clarity and influence, regardless of the audience or the sensitivity of the topic.

You’re not just a product manager-you’re a portfolio owner.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, make confident decisions and know how to balance creativity with the product plan. You understand that great products are built where player insight, business strategy and innovation intersect. You crack the tough problems fast and make the calls that get winning products to market!
  • Deep understanding of Class III / land-based gaming performance drivers, including game mathematics, volatility, denomination strategy and cabinet considerations.
  • Strong product judgement along with the capability to make high-quality decisions quickly.
  • Experience influencing creative direction while maintaining a data-informed approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage everyone from studio teams through to executive leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation capabilities.
  • A relentless focus on delivering exceptional player experiences and business outcomes.
  • You demonstrate curiosity about products and have a passion for bringing ideas to life.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ Product management experience, ideally within slots gaming with knowledge of gaming regulations.

  • You are a naturally curious product person who loves bringing ideas to life.

  • Experience managing content portfolios, product roadmaps or game portfolios.

  • Understanding of gaming mathematics, probability concepts and player engagement mechanics.

  • A solid understanding of game development, creative production and cross-functional delivery.

  • An obsession attention to detail and strong numerical skills with confidence in working with data.

  • A love for the products you create and are passionate about games and the product journey from concept to delivery.

  • A passion for understanding customers, players and market trends.

  • The ability to simplify complex problems while conveying a clear product vision through influencing, presenting, and building positive relationships.

  • The understanding of technical requirements and the ability to interpret them.

  • The capacity to wear multiple hats while working across technical, creative and business teams.

  • Strong collaboration abilities, capable of building trust and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for action and outcomes.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Tableau, Microsoft Office and product analytics platforms, along with a curiosity and eagerness to understand AI tools and capabilities.

This is more than a Product Manager role.

It’s an opportunity to own a portfolio, use your influence and be part of a team that create the games players talk about, return to, and remember. You’ll work with dedicated teams, begin meaningful challenges, travel to understand the markets you serve and help define what’s next in gaming entertainment.

Join us and help shape the next generation of unforgettable player experiences.

Bold ideas. Global impact. Endless possibilities. Apply today!
