Tech Lead - Information Security DLP

What You'll Do

• Build, implement, and manage enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, primarily using Microsoft Purview.
• Manage Data Classification, Sensitivity Labels, Auto Labelling, SITs, and Insider Risk controls.
• Investigate DLP incidents, perform root cause analysis, and optimize policies to reduce false positives.
• Implement and support CASB, Defender for Cloud Apps, and cloud-native data protection controls.
• Partner with GIS, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to enforce security policies and standards.
• Coordinate and support security platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, Wiz, and email security solutions.
• Support network security controls, security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and incident response efforts.
• Assist with cloud security posture management across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and DPDP.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Data Protection, or Security Operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, and Data Classification.
• Experience working with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender Suite, Wiz, and Endpoint Security technologies.
• Solid knowledge of network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Knowledge of encryption, PKI, key management, and secure access controls.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting.
• Strong collaborator management skills and ability to work across Infrastructure and Security teams.
