The Role

Most startups slow down because someone has to do the same manual work every day. At Aristotle, AI operations is how we keep the team focused on students instead of spreadsheets. Over twelve weeks in San Francisco, you will design and ship the internal workflows that route data, surface alerts, and remove bottlenecks. You will work directly with product, support, and go-to-market teams to map real processes, then connect tools and APIs to make them reliable. The goal is simple: build systems that keep running without constant babysitting, so we can teach more students with fewer clicks.
