The Role
Early-stage companies need people who can move across functions without waiting for permission. As a generalist on the founding ops and go-to-market team, you will be the person who figures out what is broken, fixes it, and then writes the playbook so it stays fixed. One week you might scope a partnership with a school or tutoring center; the next week you might build a lightweight growth experiment, document a new onboarding flow, or pull data to answer a question the founders did not know to ask. We are based in San Francisco and operate in person. The role is $100K-$150K with 0.25%-0.75% equity. If you like variety, this is the job.
