IT Support Specialist

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app available on the App Store and Google Play that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR bookings an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first then builds the screens data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

• Set up work devices and accounts for new team members and recover them when people leave.
• Solve the teams day-to-day IT issues in person and online.
• Manage access to company tools and keep a record of who has access to what.
• Apply basic security: updates backups password and two-factor settings.
• Keep an inventory of devices and licences and report every month.

• Minimum qualification: a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 1 year in IT support or help desk. Graduates in IT or computer science without this experience are also welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Windows and macOS iPhone and Android and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Arabic and English spoken and written.

• Total monthly salary SAR (basic salary plus allowances) depending on experience.
• Full-time on-site at our Riyadh office; working days hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
