Arkestro is a predictive procurement platform that proposes prices and terms to suppliers instead of sending blank requests for quotation. Its models learn from a buyer's past awards to suggest a starting number, which shortens negotiation cycles considerably. Large manufacturers and retailers use it for direct parts and indirect spend.

Arkestro's Predictive Procurement Platform applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. It moves teams away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and help both buyers and suppliers reach better outcomes faster.

Arkestro helps procurement teams influence more enterprise spend and uncover savings that traditional sourcing approaches often leave behind by applying predictive intelligence to how sourcing events are designed and executed.

We’re a hyper-growth company looking for people who take ownership and are comfortable working through complexity. This is a tremendous opportunity if you want to do meaningful work and help shape how large enterprises run procurement… Arkestro is a place where you can have a big impact.  See Arkestro in action atarkestro.com.

Role Overview

As Field Marketing Manager, North America, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic field marketing programs and high-impact event execution. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted campaigns, elevate Arkestro’s brand, and expand our presence across the procurement and supply chain ecosystem.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, creativity, confidence, and operational rigor, along with a modern, tech-forward approach to marketing.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Program Development

  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Executive Leaders to design and execute targeted marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Research emerging trends in procurement, AI, and multi-channel campaign management to strengthen Arkestro's market position
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand visibility and strategic impact
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and campaign execution
  • Confidently share ideas, insights, and field learnings; bring a strong point of view and contribute best practices across the marketing organization
  • Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance

Event & Project Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of events (tradeshows, leadership forums, partner and community events), from planning through post-event reporting, delivering a full calendar of programs on time and on budget with each event tied to a specific pipeline or revenue target
  • Develop and maintain detailed event briefs outlining goals, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities, building a documented, repeatable event playbook (briefs, timelines, vendor/swag sourcing) that other team members can execute against
  • Lead weekly alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure execution stays on track
  • Manage all timelines, deliverables, and logistics associated with each event
  • Manage event swag strategy, sourcing, and distribution to ensure brand consistency and engagement
  • Deliver post-event reporting including performance metrics, financial reconciliation, and insights

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) and external vendors
  • Build and manage relationships with industry organizations and communities to expand Arkestro's presence
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including hotel room blocks and attendee registration

Budget & Operations

  • Own and manage budget planning, allocation, and tracking across multiple programs and currencies
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and vendor contracts, consistently landing at or below budget while meeting brand and quality standards
  • Complete internal documentation, including purchase requests and ROI analysis
  • Manage lead capture, data integrity, and campaign tracking within CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot and Salesforce required), ensuring accurate lead counts and cost-per-lead/ROI figures
  • Provide regular updates to marketing leadership on program performance, field insights, and impact - directly informing future campaign strategy

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or program management (preferably in B2B tech)
  • Proven success managing large-scale tradeshows and multi-channel marketing programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing and owning a budget, including multi-currency environments
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (required)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

Team & Functional Skills

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Adaptable and resourceful when facing changing priorities
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on maximizing marketing ROI
  • Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to challenge conventional approaches
  • Confident communicator who uses their voice, shares best practices, and contributes to team growth
  • Positive, energetic attitude, someone who brings fun, creativity, and enthusiasm to the team and events
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI and modern tools to work smarter and drive better outcomes
