As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a strategic and operational partner, managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel logistics. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, communicate in the CEO's voice, and track key action items and follow-ups. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet, with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
Missions

- Proficiency with Google Suite and travel/calendar management platforms
- Proven experience managing complex executive calendars, high-volume inboxes, and travel logistics with precision
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive business and personal information
- Exceptional written communication skills, with demonstrated judgment in representing the executive's voice and priorities
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills, with a track record of operational excellence and autonomy in ambiguous environments
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (founder, CEO, or equivalent), ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
- Background in client-facing, customer service, or public relations roles with a service-oriented mindset
- Experience in early-stage startup, aerospace, defense, deep-tech, or venture capital environments
- Comfort working in a deeply technical environment (e.g. aerospace, defense, other complex engineering domains)
- Proven ability to maintain a calm, proactive approach under shifting priorities, tight timelines, and fast-paced environments
