The Role
As an SEO Specialist, you will support and execute an end-to-end SEO initiative for our off-street parking and reservations platform. Your primary purpose is to help define our strategic roadmap, drive hands-on implementation and technical improvements, conduct research and testing, and establish ongoing optimization and governance to scale organic acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the internal SEO & Content team, partner with our external SEO Agency to ensure quality deliveries, and work alongside the Web Lead (PM) to align strategic and tactical initiatives with business objectives and technical feasibility. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our organic growth and make a tangible impact on our global reach.
How to make an impact
Execute on the SEO strategy and roadmap for park-and-reserve use cases (city, venue, airport).
Lead technical SEO initiatives, including crawling/indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Drive on-page relevance through keyword research, intent mapping, metadata, content briefs, and page templates.
Partner collaboratively with Dev Ops on scalable solutions (feeds, automation, CMS components).
Build and track KPIs, turning data insights into clear actions and experiments.
Support migrations and rollouts by conducting QA, and creating playbooks and guardrails to prevent regressions.

Your background
Proven hands-on experience leading technical SEO and driving on-page optimization.
Track record of executing end-to-end SEO strategies, roadmaps, and migrations.
Proficiency in utilizing AI-native tools for SEO, specifically platforms like Gemini and Claude.
Demonstrated ability to track KPIs and turn data insights into actionable experiments.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Dev Ops, Product Management, and external agencies to implement scalable solutions.
Experience creating playbooks and guardrails to maintain quality and prevent regressions.
