Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily Construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the primary technical advisor on-site, resolving complex Civil Engineering challenges in real-time.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Implement rigorous Quality Control and Safety Management (HSE) protocols to protect our team and the integrity of the build.
• Prepare detailed Technical Reporting and progress updates for senior management.

Requirements

• Experience: A proven track record of 3-5 years in site management or civil engineering roles.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Civil Engineering, Engineering principles, and Construction methodologies.
• Software Skills: Expert-level command of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability in Site Supervision, Resource Allocation, and managing diverse teams on-site.
• Analytical Skills: Strong background in Structural Analysis and Surveying to ensure architectural precision.
• Communication: Exceptional Technical Reporting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence in the field.
• Location: Must be able to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt.
