Freelance Graphic Designer

Company Description artha.link is building the infrastructure for creator-led hiring, helping creators turn audience trust into sustainable income. The platform enables creators to share roles that their communities genuinely care about, while simplifying how candidates apply and how creators get paid. Instead of relying on traditional job boards or unsolicited outreach, artha.link focuses on community-driven hiring that leverages existing, engaged audiences. By powering the backend for this new hiring model, artha.link positions creators as a key source of talent discovery and distribution.
Role Description As a Freelance Graphic Designer intern at artha.link, you will support the design needs of the brand and its creator-led hiring initiatives. You will work on visual assets such as social media graphics, promotional materials, and digital content that communicate our value to creators and communities. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining logos, developing brand visuals, selecting and applying effective typography, and ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints. You will collaborate with the team to interpret creative briefs, iterate on design concepts, and prepare final files for digital use. This is an internship role, based on-site in Surat.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for readability, hierarchy, and visual impact.
• Comfort using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and preparing assets for digital platforms.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Surat.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work; prior experience in startup, creator, or community-led environments is a plus.
