Exhibit Planning Intern

Arthrex, Inc., a global medical device company and leader in orthopedic product development and medical education, is seeking an Exhibit Planning Intern in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in event management, meeting and event planning, marketing, or a related field. This role supports national exhibits and workshops by drafting event action plans, gathering exhibit details, processing badge requests, ordering on-site services, and completing post-show reports. The intern will also attend weekly staff meetings, maintain the standard operating procedures manual, deliver assigned work on time, and communicate issues promptly and accurately.

This internship will run from January 2027 - April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 20-30 hours per week at ourNaples, FLfacility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regularly review the Organizer Meeting list to ensure exhibit requests are submitted and approved within standard planning timelines.
• Track each request and follow up with organizers on outstanding items.
• Research meeting websites and internal documentation to gather exhibit details and prepare draft action plans for planners as needed.
• Coordinate and order required on-site services for tabletop exhibits.
• Submit and track attendee badge requests.
• Gather event data and prepare post-show reports.

Education and Experience:

• Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Event Management, Meeting and Event Planning or Marketing. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

• PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
