Production Graphic Designer

The Production Graphic Designer creates high-quality marketing assets for Redbubble and TeePublic across a wide range of digital channels. This role turns campaign concepts, brand guidelines, and existing creative direction into polished, channel-ready work for email, paid and organic social, homepage, video, and connected TV. The production graphic designer works efficiently across multiple projects, adapts creative into different formats, and ensures assets are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. This role reports to the Art Director, Brand and Design, and works under the guidance of the Graphic Designer as part of the broader creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing assets across email, paid and organic social, homepage, video, connected TV, and other digital channels.
• Adapt campaign creative into multiple sizes, formats, and placements while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards.
• Produce realistic product imagery by applying artwork to blank apparel and other products using Adobe Photoshop.
• Develop internal creative materials, including presentation decks, banners, and other company communications.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines using Asana, communicating clearly about progress, questions, and potential delays.
• Collaborate with designers, creative leads, project managers, and marketing partners to understand requirements and deliver accurate final assets.
• Prepare final files for the appropriate channel, checking dimensions, copy, imagery, and technical specifications before delivery.
• Use artificial intelligence tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support efficient workflows, problem-solving, and production tasks where appropriate.
• Support occasional video editing and motion projects based on team and campaign needs.

Requirements:

• Must have a portfolio of relevant past work demonstrating strong digital design, production design, and multi-channel marketing experience.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated experience producing digital marketing assets across multiple channels and adapting creative into a range of sizes and formats.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and deliver accurate, polished work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow established creative direction while asking thoughtful questions when needed.
