  • EDI standard (ANSI X12,EDIFACT, XML)
  • Communication protocol (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN)
  • Incident Management / Production Support
  • EDI mapping key responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end EDI application and production support.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
  • Resolve production incidents within SLA and perform RCA.
  • Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping changes.
  • Handle service requests, change requests, and deployments.
  • Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs.
  • Coordinate with business users, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain support documentation and participate in on-call support.
