We're looking for a Content Producer to join the Social team in Content Marketing. This role combines a deep understanding of creators and content with a filmmaker's eye and strong production skills. You'll own the Artlist Academy pipeline, from creator partnerships to final content approval, manage our work with external partners and freelancers, and oversee the team's production budget.

- Source and manage creator partnerships for Artlist Academy and our social channels
- Own the Academy content pipeline, from production through quality review to publishing
- Give hands-on creative feedback on edits, and use AI tools to speed up and level up production
- Work closely with the Social team, bringing a strong understanding of creators, platforms and content trends
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies, partners and freelancers
- Lead vendor and creator onboarding in collaboration with Legal and Finance
- Oversee production budgets and payment processes
- Build and maintain clear production workflows for the team
Requirements
- 2+ years as a content producer, creator manager or similar role in social, content or a creative studio
- A background in film, video production or a related creative field (e.g. film school)
- Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar), enough to give sharp notes on a cut and fix things yourself
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image, video and voice, and the curiosity to keep up with new ones
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy and social platforms, and a strong network of creators
- A strong eye for content and high creative standards
- Proven experience managing freelancers, vendors and external partners
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with Monday, Google Drive and social tools
