Nau mai ki te roopu Arvida | Welcome to Arvida

Looking for a sales role that's about people, relationships and making a real difference? Join the team at Queenstown Country Club, one of New Zealand's leading retirement communities. This is not a typical sales role. You'll work closely with prospective residents and their families as they make one of life's biggest decisions, helping them explore a vibrant community where they can enjoy greater freedom, connection and peace of mind.

Working alongside an experienced Sales Manager, you'll build trusted relationships, guide prospective residents through the sales journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to move-in.

At Arvida, we create communities with freedom to thrive.

Our resident-led approach and values of Being There | In it Together | Look for a Way guide everything we do, from the way we support our residents to how we work together as a team.

Mō te tūranga | About the role

Fixed-term role, 40 hours per week, including Saturday work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and innovative organisation while building your sales career in a role that combines commercial success with genuine purpose.

As the Sales Consultant, you will support the Sales Manager with the end-to-end sales process at Queenstown Country Club. You'll manage prospective enquiries, nurture relationships with prospective residents and their families, conduct village tours, follow up opportunities, and help guide customers from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust, communicate with empathy, and create a seamless customer experience while achieving sales outcomes.

You will also be a strong advocate for Arvida's Attitude of Living Well, helping prospective residents understand the lifestyle, wellbeing and sense of community that make Queenstown Country Club such a special place to call home.

  • A genuine desire to help customers through important life decisions
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work towards shared goals

Experience in real estate, tourism, hospitality, retail, property or other relationship-based sales environments would be advantageous, but most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people and delivering great outcomes.
