As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our Kyiv operations. You'll cultivate a seamless and productive environment that empowers the ARX Robotics team to focus on what they do best: building the future of autonomous systems.

What You Bring
- A natural talent for organization, combined with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace environment, particularly with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong and clear communication skills in both Ukrainian and English (B1 level or higher).
- The ability to calmly navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-starting mindset, with the ability to own tasks from inception to completion.
- A genuine, service-oriented approach focused on enabling the success and well-being of the team.
- The integrity and discretion required to handle confidential company information.
- The foresight to anticipate needs and solve challenges before they become problems.
