Looking for a high energy CTO who has depth and a heavy hands on engineering background, ideally financial services, banks, insurance, but categorically has to be technical (yes you code - not just AI assisted coding). Although a deeply technical background is needed, we are looking for someone who has built AI in the enterprise (not simple chat bots please - proper AI workflow/real business value, automation). You will have a very forward thinking mindset to then help drive the product vision + commercial offering, on top of an existing platform that is being deployed to many regional companies.
You're going to have to be able to work with multiple hats, drive innovation, and you will be extremely savvy around what is trending, what is working and what the future (potentially) might look like
Deep tech + commercial product innovation + existing teams in place.
