Site Technical Office Engineer

Coordinate between the technical office and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of project designs and specifications.
Prepare, review, and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation in alignment with project requirements.
Monitor site progress and provide technical support to resolve any issues or discrepancies encountered during construction.
Assist in the preparation of material submittals, method statements, and technical reports for ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify technical queries and facilitate smooth workflow.
Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on site activities and progress.
Support the project management team in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and resource allocation as required.
Maintain organized records of technical documents, correspondence, and project logs for reference and audit purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a technical office or site engineering role within the construction industry.
Proven ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings and documentation.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Flexibility to work on-site as required.
