About the Role

We are looking for a new team member to join us. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of total work experience, with strong understanding of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.

Job Title: L1 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- 2+ years of total work experience, with strong understanding of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years of total work experience, with strong understanding of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking concepts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving skills - Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues as well as identify patterns and potential solutions

- Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple chats or handle phone and chat in parallel to support service levels

- Team collaboration - Being able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams

- CompTIA A+, ITIL Basis V4 Certified

- Prior experience in customer service or technical support role
