About the Role
You'll own quality for AI-powered products in the pharma space. This role sits at the intersection of traditional QA and cutting-edge GenAI - specifically validating Text-to-SQL solutions that real users depend on to make decisions.
Job Title:
Manual + Automation Tester
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual test cases for GenAI-powered Text-to-SQL features
- Build and maintain automated test scripts to support regression and functional coverage
- Validate SQL query outputs for accuracy, relevance, and edge-case handling
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
- Ensure testing aligns with commercial pharma compliance and domain standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
- Proven experience testing GenAI products, specifically Text-to-SQL solutions
- Commercial pharma domain experience (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess AI output quality, not just functional correctness
