Job Description:

Shift Timing: 4 PM - 1 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate

  discovery workshops with internal stakeholders including IT, Clinical,

  Network, Member Services, Operations, and Compliance teams to capture

  current-state workflows, identify gaps, and define future-state

  requirements.

• Translate

  business, operational, and clinical requirements into detailed functional

  specifications, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, and

  integration design artifacts.

• Collaborate

  with technical teams, architects, and vendors to ensure solution alignment

  with business objectives, system integrations, and enterprise standards.

• Establish

  and operate the Agile delivery model, including sprint cadence, backlog

  refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives,

  and release coordination.

• Define

  sprint and release scope based on product prioritization, engineering

  capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

• Ensure

  epics, features, and user stories are properly defined, prioritized, and

  meet functional and non-functional requirements with approved acceptance

  criteria.

• Maintain

  accurate updates in Azure DevOps (ADO), enforce Definition of Ready (DoR)

  and Definition of Done (DoD), and ensure documentation and runbook updates

  are completed as required.

• Monitor

  project risks, blockers, action items, and dependencies, and proactively

  drive issue resolution and stakeholder communication.

• Support

  UAT coordination, defect triage, validation activities, and production

  readiness for releases and deployments.

• Ability

  to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced

  environment.

• Demonstrated

  knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies, SDLC processes, and project

  management concepts.

• Experience

  working with healthcare payer technology platforms, integrations, and

  operational workflows.

• Knowledge

  of Microsoft AI ecosystem, Azure AI services, AI-assisted operations, and

  enterprise automation initiatives is preferred.

• Strong

  communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation

  skills.
