About the Role:
Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce insurance platform/CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to CRM
- Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams during the Salesforce implementation.
- Develop and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support system design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate solutions.
- Assist in change management and user training activities.
- Provide ongoing support and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
