Scrum Master

• 5+

years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments.

• Project certification (APMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.)

required.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with using Jira and Confluence
• Previous proven project leadership experience
• Experience of working with a broad range of organizations, from start-up

to global enterprise

• Experience of working within a regulated industry, ideally Financial

Services or Betting & Gaming

• Proven background in IT Cloud industry as a software development project

manager, IT program/project manager, agile software manager or scrum

master

• Experienced knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Agile knowledge required, particularly experience of SCRUM and scaled

delivery (i.e. SAFe, SCRUM Scale, LeSS etc).

• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong interpersonal,

communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience

including senior and executive management etc., including diction/terminology

and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to management,

and various departments using assorted communication mediums.
