About the Role
We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will support product owners with clear quality insights.
Job Title: Senior QA Tester (Tosca)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product owners with clear quality insights
Minimum Qualifications:
- Core Testing Skills
- Strong experience in manual testing within Agile environments
- Proven track record in defect identification and lifecycle management
- Experience designing and executing test cases from user stories
- Automation
- Experience contributing to and maintaining automated test suites (e.g. Tosca)
- Understanding of how automation supports regression and release efficiency
- Integration & Data Testing
- Experience testing APIs, data flows, and transformations
- Ability to validate data accuracy across systems
- Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills, with ability to:
- Clearly articulate defects and risks
- Work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to Detail
- High accuracy in test execution, defect logging, and quality reporting
