KeyResponsibilities:
Contributeto the development of new product opportunities byassistingwith the overall design, layout, and optimization ofDRAMMemoryarray/PeripheralLogic/Analog circuits
ActivelyleverageAI-basedtools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to:
Accelerate schematic optimization anddesign-spaceexploration
Assistin parasitic analysis, sensitivity studies, and corner coverage
Improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops
Definesemicustommethodologyfor memory design
Collaborate with CAD, EDA, and software teams to integrateAI-drivenflows into simulation, verification, and designsign-offenvironments.
Oversee and managethe layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing
Performcircuit-level verificationincluding functional, timing, power and reliability analysisusing industry standardand Micron-specificsimulatorsand tools.
Contributetocross-groupcommunication to work towards standardization and group success
Driveinnovation into the futurememory generationsand designmethodologywithin a dynamic work environment
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with4-8years of experiencein memory design.
Strong fundamentals in CMOS circuit design, devicephysicsand memory operation.
Experience with SPICE-based simulation and parasitic extraction.
Preferred Qualifications
Domain knowledge in DRAM design (DDR5, LPDDR5 or HBM or in any other memory related field)
Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted design flows, agentic AI or advanced automation in circuit design and verification.
Domain knowledge in NAND memory design
Experience on SoC / ASIC semicustom flow
Strong communicationandcollaborationskills.
