"Responsibilities"

• Own and support the on-premises infrastructure underpinning the client's Hyperion/EPM environment (Planning, Essbase, HFM, or similar modules as applicable).
• Manage day-to-day infrastructure health: patching, backups, disaster recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning.
• Administer application servers (WebLogic/OHS) and underlying OS layers (Linux/Windows) supporting Hyperion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-level incidents, working across environments (dev/test/prod).
• Partner with application teams on environment refreshes, migrations, and upgrades.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for production support.
• Identify and implement infrastructure enhancements to improve stability and performance.

"Required Skills"

• 4-8 years supporting Oracle Hyperion/EPM infrastructure (Planning, Essbase, HFM, or FDMEE) in an on-prem environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with WebLogic Server administration.
• Solid Linux and/or Windows Server administration skills.
• Experience with backup/DR strategies for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Oracle database administration basics (schema, tablespace, backups).
• Scripting for automation (Shell, Perl, or Python).
• Experience supporting production environments with defined SLAs.

"Desirable Skills"

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM (for future migration planning).
• ITIL-based incident/change management experience.
• Experience in financial services or fintech-adjacent environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Networking/load balancer fundamentals (F5, etc.).
• SOX or audit-compliance experience.
