Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and manage sales operations for a telecommunications company providing reliable connectivity and communication solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop strategic partnerships to increase market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proven experience in sales team leadership and territory management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja market is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
