In-House Recruiter

Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, a company operating in the automotive and lubricant sector. The client is looking to appoint an experienced In-House Recruiter to become part of its Human Resources team.

The client is searching for a results-oriented recruitment professional who can take ownership of the full recruitment cycle. The person in this role will design and implement effective sourcing approaches, and will make sure the business brings in capable talent for a range of different functions.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or another related discipline.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally gained within an in-house or corporate setting.
• Solid track record of handling end-to-end recruitment across several different job functions.
• Competence in using sourcing and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and similar talent acquisition tools.
• Strong skills in interviewing, assessing candidates, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• A good grasp of recruitment best practices and employment procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a comparable HR qualification would be an added advantage.

N600,000 per month.
