Job Title: Junior Service Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a technically competent Junior Service Engineer to support HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues, supervise field technicians, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to provide technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Diagnose equipment faults and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor service activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests.
• Supervise technicians during maintenance, repairs, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare technical reports on service activities, equipment faults, and repairs carried out.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, or related technical services.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to identify equipment faults and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Experience or ability to supervise technicians during field service activities.
• HND or B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly Net.
