We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager- Plastic
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and volume targets.
- Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers within the plastics industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve set targets.
- Drive product availability, distribution, and customer retention.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of proven sales experience in the plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of the plastic manufacturing/value chain and market.
- Proven experience managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate.
