Business Development Executive (Real Estate Specialization)

Role Overview

This role combines active business development in Real Estate Market with end-to-end property conveyancing execution to grow Trust Conveyancing's client base and referral partner network. The business development executive will actively manage generating new business through external meetings, referral partnerships, and self-sourced leads while also processing transaction files from contract to completion.

Key Responsibilities of the role :

Business Development

• Conduct a minimum number of external meetings and referral partner follow-ups each week
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with referral partner agencies
• Self-source new transactions and generate qualified leads and opportunities
• Meet monthly revenue and self-generated deal targets set by management
• Submit weekly business development, operations, and pipeline reports

Conveyancing Operations

• Manage buyer and seller conveyancing files (cash and mortgage) from contract review through ownership transfer
• Prepare and review manager cheques, NOCs, liability letters, and property transfer documentation
• Ensure full KYC/AML/DLD compliance and adherence to internal quality assurance standards
• Respond to client queries within one business day, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction
• Advise clients on related services - POA, wills, golden/investor visas, bank account opening, & company formation .

Key Performance Indicators for this Role :

• Business Development & Revenue - referral meetings, active partners, self-sourced transactions revenue generated
• Operations - file completion rate, QA pass rate, compliance adherence, client satisfaction
• Reporting & CRM Compliance - timeliness and accuracy of weekly reporting
• Department Development - contribution to process and team improvement

Requirements

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with client-facing sales activity
• Experience in UAE real estate market
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with DLD processes, mortgage and cash transaction flows
• Working knowledge of visa and company formation services is an advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
