Headquartered in Veldhoven, Netherlands, the enterprise is the world’s sole supplier of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines - including next-generation High-NA EUV platforms - alongside a broad portfolio of deep ultraviolet (DUV) systems. Through its global network of R&D centers, manufacturing facilities, and field support services across Europe, Asia, and North America, the organization enables global semiconductor foundries and chipmakers to fabricate advanced logic and memory microchips.

Introduction to the Job

As a SAP Coordinator, you play a critical role in helping ASML deliver the technology that powers the world’s most advanced microchips. You ensure materials, configuration data, and operational information are available when needed, enabling successful installation and upgrade activities for customers around the world.

Working within the Customer Support organization, you help bridge planning, logistics, and execution. Your contributions support installation readiness, minimize operational risks, and help customers bring complex semiconductor equipment into production efficiently. At ASML, we challenge ourselves to continuously improve how we work, collaborate across functions to solve complex problems, and care for our customers, colleagues, and communities. As a SAP Coordinator, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence directly contribute to these values every day.

Role and Responsibilities

As a SAP Coordinator, you will work with project leaders, logistics teams, warehouse operations, and installation engineers to ensure materials and information are ready when needed. You will help maintain operational accuracy and drive installation readiness for customer projects worldwide.

You will:

  • Maintain accurate configuration and material records by processing updates and validating system data.
  • Investigate and resolve material-related issues, including damaged parts, delivery discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
  • Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries, returns, and material handling activities.
  • Review data accuracy, identify potential schedule impacts, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support continuous process improvements that enhance installation readiness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience is welcomed.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in material coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • At least one year of experience working with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, or related business systems is preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyze and manage operational information.
  • Experience supporting customer-focused operations or technical project environments is beneficial.

  • Prioritize competing responsibilities while meeting customer and project commitments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions and achieve shared goals.
