Location: Tidworth (travel to other ADSL sites required)

Your Role
Undertake a defined programme of refurbishment works across the Estate, including locations at Aldershot, Tidworth, Bulford, Larkhill and Warminster Garrisons.
Repair wet systems and address active leaks, including work on polypropylene pipework systems.
Carry out drywall patch repairs to support fire compartmentation requirements.
Repair and replace fire stopping materials to maintain compliance standards.
Apply fungicidal treatments where required.
Modify and adjust locks within fire doors as part of refurbishment activities.
Deliver a pre-defined scope of works safely, efficiently and to agreed timescales.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: Full valid UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry, or equivalent Multi-Skills qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 6217). CSCS Operative and IOSH Working Safely certification are essential.
Experience: Proven experience within industrial or commercial building services and the FM maintenance sector as a Multi-Trade Engineer. Good working knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and experience delivering defined work programmes to agreed schedules are required. Experience on an MOD or military estate would be advantageous.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and proactive work ethic, excellent customer service focus, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work. You will be a reliable team player with a methodical approach and a strong completer-finisher mindset.
